At BATISCAFO, our watches are more than products — they are objects we design, build and care deeply about. We want you to be completely happy with the one you choose.
If your BATISCAFO watch is not right for you, you may return or exchange it within 60 days of delivery, provided that it is in its original, unused and undamaged condition.
The watch must be returned complete with all original packaging, accessories and documentation.
Once we receive and inspect the watch, we will process your return or exchange.
